I’m in the process of trauma healing and it’s a lot of unseen and spiritual work, and physically I’m unable to do the things I could before, so my family is extremely dismissive of my healing journey and just harasses me to do things which I can’t do and the effect is also to get me into arguments which I can’t tolerate in this stage of my life.im forced to live with them during this healing process but it’s like a rock and a hard place.
