Hi, I picked something up wrong and hurt my abdomen/stomach area. Prayers i didn’t damage anything in my body and i don’t have a hernia nor anything like that ever in my life. Immediate healing for my entire body. My lady Sandy and I not worry nor stress at all about it and anything ever. Peaceful sound minds, strength and joy for us always. In Jesus name amen ????
