I struggle with medical issues, physical issues (chronic pain due to spine fractures), as well as the emotional and mental issues that come from extreme stress. I had been able to handle stuff better. Now, it seems like I am drowning. I feel like I am slipping into a depression. My anxiety is off the charts. I am fearful of what could be.
